Located in the heart of Nashville, BRC Recovery (formerly Nashville Recovery Center) offers a full continuum of care while being a beacon in the recovery community of Middle Tennessee. We understand the necessity of long term care in addiction recovery, and our program is designed to start with the highest level of accountability and therapeutic support. We then transition clients into independence as they gain the life skills needed to maintain emotional health and sobriety. We understand that everyone is unique and can accommodate various lengths of stay depending on each individual client’s needs.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing care to patients while adhering to compliance standards. This candidate should be able to recognize patient needs and prioritize those needs with the needs outlined by physicians.

Responsibilities

• Assure quality care by adhering to standards set by the Director of Nursing
• Provide care education to patients in person or over the phone
• Adhere to compliance guidelines throughout processes (OSHA, FDA, HIPAA)
• Assess the health conditions and needs of clients, implement nursing care plans, and keep medical records.
• Responsible for the quality of nursing care provided to detox center inpatients.
• Always need to maintain a high degree of professionalism, organization, and communication.

There are full-time & per diem openings for 12-hour shifts.

We want RNs with experience in addiction/behavioral but also MED-SURGE for this role. Must possess a professional nursing license in Tennessee.

Attributes

• Must be a Registered Professional Nurse with current licensure in Tennessee
• CPR, ACLS, and BCLS Certification
• Knowledge of OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA compliance
• Candidate must be able to lift and position patients on endoscopy stretcher and transport patients

Pay: $72,800.00 - $81,120.00 per year
