The Sisters of St. Joseph are looking to employ qualified and professional Nurses, RN or LPN, to provide care at our Rockaway Beach, New York Convent. Responsibilities include patient assessment, as well as planning of care and subsequent recovery. You should possess a nurturing and kind personality and display excellent communication skills within a diverse and multicultural environment.

The successful candidate should be able to work closely with the health care team to ensure the well being of our residents. Ultimately, a top-notch nurse should possess an exceptional track record and display a high standard of patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care.
• Identify hazards in the workplace and provide solutions.

• Treat emergencies.
• Document all injuries and illnesses.

Requirements:

• A nursing degree.
• At least one year nursing experience.
• Valid RN or LPN nursing license
• Able to work in a multicultural team.
• Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain meticulous records.
