Summary of Responsibilities: RN
New Grad wage: $32

The Registered Nurse will provide direct and indirect general nursing duties and patient care to ensure safe and efficient rehabilitation in the facility setting. The Registered Nurse will use their knowledge and critical thinking to communicates with physicians, nurse manager, and co-workers appropriately about changes in patient’s condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomology. Our nurse-to-patient ratio ensures that the Registered Nurse can quickly connect with our patients, guarantee patient dignity, and make a positive lasting impression.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Bachelor of Nursing or Associates of Nursing program.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Idaho or other compact state.
• One (1) year of nursing experience in transitional care unit/ skilled nursing facility or clinical experience preferred.
• Obtain and maintain current BLS CPR.
• Successful completion of competency and proficiency skills evaluation specific to the requirements of the position upon hire.
• Licensed driver with an automobile that is in good working order to get to and from work in all weather conditions.
