DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure MILPDS is updated. For MILPDS updates, the contractor shall inform the 306 IS to make updates and ensure updates are completed
  • Track students when identified as inbounds through their graduation/evaluation
  • Verify students have completed prerequisites before entering training (e.g., survival training) or notify the 306 IS of discrepancies prior to class start
  • Maintain current systems Database Information on students
    • For academic only (TDY) students, prepare a folder for the student to hand-carry to their respective unit
    • Forward completed training folders to gaining operational squadrons
    • File 1256 AF Certificates
    • Route post-graduation documentation through Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS), SDO and commander
    • Route student training folders to the 306 IS/Director of Operations (DO) for review prior to evaluation
    • Build AF 4109, SOF/Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR) training folders for each class (electronic or paper as directed)
    • Maintain training Folders (Extract and reformat Air Force (AF) Form 4111s from Syllabus of Instruction (SOI) for students
  • Administer the Critique program
  • Ensure post-graduate evaluation forms are ready for the gaining unit
  • Process students in and out of the Formal Training Unit (FTU) and maintain Government provided
    checklists
    • Provide and update in/out processing forms and ensure the forms are current
    • Perform all in processing procedures for new students and incorporate any Wing/Squadron-directed
      procedural changes
  • Ensure students receive updated schedules in a timely manner
  • Update Registrar Forms
    • Obtain critical recall/evacuation data (commonly referred to as Aunt Sally information) and
      route to respective Student Managers
  • Complete AF Form 42 to change Programmed Flying Training (PFT), if required
  • Collect and track statistical data. Data tracked shall be IAW 306 IS commander guidance
  • Provide updated FTU training slides and graphs weekly (or as requested) to the 306 IS/DO
  • Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
