Job Summary:

ON Semiconductor is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join the Quality and Reliability team, located in East Fishkill, New York. As a reliability technician, you will have the opportunity of participating in a broad range of reliability activities in a highly dynamic working environment.

Performance Objectives:

• Plan and execution of reliability tests.
• Maintenance of reliability test equipment.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Associate degree in Electronics Technology, Electromechanical Technology, or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in lab activities and reliability tests (TDDB, HCI, BTI).
• Technical background in electronics and device characterization are required.
