Salary Range: $50000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Prospect via outbound phone calls and email with the goal of quoting auto and home insurance for 2 households daily.
• Identify gaps in the prospect's insurance plan and offer solutions.
• Close on average 1 household per day.
• Meet or exceed established prospecting, quoting and sales goals.
• This is a sales only position, so NO service or claims work to slow you down!!

Requirements

• Apply ONLY if you have current experience within the last 12 months with Allstate Advisor Pro quoting system AND must already have a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Must have the ability to build rapport efficiently from a colder start.
• Must possess an enthusiastic, positive attitude with a career-minded vision.
• Must have the ability to stay focused and stay on task.
• Must be trustworthy with very high integrity.
• Must have high-speed internet access at home.
