To help us continue our extraordinary growth, we are currently looking for a coordinator to work in our Contractor Services Department. We are offering a starting rate of $16.00-$17.00 per hour.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Your primary role will be that of assisting in the administration of compliance of those companies providing delivery and assembly services for our customers. You will play a role in onboarding the best possible delivery companies.

• You will interact regularly with contractor delivery companies and our operations staff during contractor paperwork process. You will review and approve required documents contractors provide.
• If you have the skills listed below, we will teach you to become a "subject matter expert" - including learning about legal compliance and insurance requirements - while assist both our field team and contractors in expediting the onboarding process.

SKILLS NEEDED:

• Microsoft office proficiency (Intermediate Excel or above required) is essential. Must be comfortable working with computers in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have great attention to detail and be willing to learn and enforce company requirements for paperwork
• The following are preferred, but not required in order to be considered:
  • Experience working with delivery driver contractors
  • Experience working in a transportation or service-related company
  • Bilingual
