Remote Customer Experience Representative
When people need help with their insurance products, they want a friendly, reliable, and educational experience. This is where you come in! Our goal is to give our clients peace of mind and even save them money in the process.
Here is what a typical day looks like:
- Review the daily schedule with the team to assure everyone is on the same page.
- Talk to customers concerning their policies & make recommendations.
- Manage inbound calls & give our customers a peace of mind!
This team is managed by our GA CX Manager, Patrick Oliver!
Fun Fact: He was born & raised in the state of Georgia & is a huge Georgia Bulldogs fan!

- Great compensation! – $45k starting salary with bonuses opportunities

- Regular Schedule – Monday through Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pm EST
- Vacation – We start everyone with 9 days with more days added with tenure.
- Sabbatical Leave – We give you a week off every year once you've worked here 9 months.
- We invest in you – $5,250 per employee per year is available for education and training & we encourage you to use it!
Responsibilities of a Customer Experience Agent
- Answer 20-30 incoming calls daily from customers
- Problem solve for clients by assisting with customer questions or concerns and follow up with them concerning their policies
- Keep our customers best interests in mind by recommending coverages to save them money
- Strive to hit targets for cross-sells and call handling numbers
