This position is Monday-Friday 7am to 3:30pm. The pay is $18 per hour with production-based incentives. Our average employee hitting incentives brings home on average 40-45K a year. Background/Drug screening is required to be hired for this position. Please respond with a resume by email only.

• Conduct all activities and perform all job duties and functions following strict adherence to established, company implemented safety behaviors, processes, and procedures.
• Pallet Repair:
• Inspect and determine level of repair pallet needs following established repair criteria.
• Repair pallet using provided tools, wood components, and proper process and procedures.
• Sort pallets accurately, based on appropriate quality and grade, as determined through inspection and repair process.
• Perform sanitation, “Clean as You Go,” and good housekeeping practices.
• May be required to operate a Fork-Lift in a safe and efficient manner (training and certification to be provided).
• Ability to lift 70 lbs. consistently throughout duration of shift.
• Ability to effectively perform a job requiring consistent, repetitive motion, bending, twisting, reaching and lifting.
• Production-based position; must be able to effectively meet minimum production and quality requirements.
• Any other duties as assigned by site leadership.
• Able to effectively work within a diverse team environment.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Familiarity with pallet repair tools:
• Nail Gun
• Hammer
• Pry Bar
• Grinding Wheel
• Sawzall
• Prior Fork-Lift experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred. Job Requirements:
