Job Description:
Serves clients by accurately diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing devices all while maintaining a client-friendly presence focused on complete client satisfaction. Soldering, computer, and console experience is a plus, but not required.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair troubled devices.
  • Provide recommendations for problem resolution.
  • Explain complex technical issues to clients in a non-technical, simple-to-understand manner.
  • Provide repair and replacement estimates to clients.
  • Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed uBreakiFix/Asurion quality standards
  • Greet clients in a friendly manner and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Answer phone calls to the store with a professional, courteous, and friendly demeanor.
  • Ensure that clients have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Be knowledgeable of the accessory inventory and sales techniques and be able to provide accessory recommendations.
  • Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all store stock.
  • Utilize the point-of-sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and the real-time status of each repair.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store and work-stations.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Excellent technical, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and cleanliness skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.
  • High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • A+ Certification.
  • Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT).
  • Experience repairing electronics, smartphones, PC/MACs, and game consoles.
  • Technical degree or certification in Electronics or Consumer Electronics.
  • Previous experience working at retail electronics or cell phone carrier stores.

Pay range: 34,000 - 40,000
