Armanino is looking for a high-energy, forward-thinking, team player to lead our internal reporting and dashboards function. This is an exciting new player/coach role within our Data Optimization and Business Insights team, in which you will be empowered to build and manage a cross-functional, shared service team who will be responsible for providing a suite of best-in-class reporting and dashboard solutions and services for our internal clients to help them operate efficiently and achieve their strategic goals. You will be working closely with all major departments (e.g. Finance, Growth, People, TPE) across the firm to understand their challenges, systems, data, and reporting needs and help interpret and translate into a coherent, achievable solution that can be delivered, maintained and supported by the team and the client.
Reporting to the Data Optimization & Business Insights Partner, you will be part of our broader Transformation and Practice Excellence group and will help report to this group on matters of strategy, planning, progress, team health, success, challenges, and risks.
Job Responsibilities

Design and build Power BI dashboards, SSRS and Workday reports

Help build and lead a centralized reporting and dashboards team

Manage, mentor and coach a cross-functional, centralized team dedicated to reporting and dashboards

Manage intake / requests from the business and assist with the understanding, scoping, prioritization, planning and successful completion of requests

Provide continuous inventory and assessment of our existing reporting and dashboard tools with a view to future improvements

Design, build, maintain and support reports and dashboards to support strategic initiatives

Help transition our firm into a new Workday-based future

Incorporate other 3rd-party systems and data sets as needed

Help build a program of education, training, and certification for our team and clients to help us build an institutional center of excellence

Align and enhance our existing data and reporting vision and strategy to achieve our firmwide Vision 2025

Report on strategy, planning, progress, team health, success, challenges and risks

Collaborate with Data Governance and Support team members to navigate updates, changes and projects sourced from the broader firm.

Ability to define and share a vision and strategy for our Reporting & Dashboards function
Requirements
-
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
-
Proven experience working with Power BI and Workday
-
Experience working with a variety of relevant data analysis, reporting and dashboard platforms (preference towards Power BI, SSRS)
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

We are required employers to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings in California, Colorado, and New York. Compensation Range for this position: $110,000-$145,000. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
