Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Research Associate to join our team at FPC. As a Research Associate, you will conduct research on internal and external databases, contact candidates to assess their interests and qualifications, and present job opportunities to potential hires. You will manage various customer job assignments, collaborate with candidates, and analyze data related to marketing and sales research.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on internal and external databases to identify potential candidates for job openings
• Contact candidates via phone and email to assess their interests and qualifications
• Present job opportunities to qualified candidates and manage various customer job assignments
• Collaborate with candidates to determine suitability and fit for various job openings
• Analyze data related to marketing and sales research
• Provide exceptional communication to candidates and clients through verbal and written communication
• Document all interactions with candidates and clients accurately and clearly
• Multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
• Maintain a fast-paced work environment, adapting quickly to changing project needs
• Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of recruiting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Business, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited college or university
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new databases and search tools quickly
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively
• Experience in a similar role or internship is preferred
• Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
