Outrageous Cabins/Parking Management Inc. is hiring a Reservationist/Customer Service Representative for multiple shifts. Morning, Mid-Day and Night Shifts. Yes, we run 2 companies out of this office!

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers and clients, while providing the highest level of service possible.
• Determines guest charges and processes payments via cash, credit, or direct billing
• Acknowledging and greeting guests immediately while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor
• Efficiently entering reservations in property management systems and/or website.
• Collecting and reconciling revenue accurately and furnishing payment receipt
• Following all standard operating procedures for the Cabins and for Parking Management Services.
• Provide customer service through call center for Parking lots and garages throughout the US.
• Operating equipment, including computers, laundry equipment and credit card machines
• Using proper phone etiquette at ALL times!
• Maintain inventory and information for multiple websites.
• Some sales duties needed including internet searches and cold calling.
• Assisting guests with directions and all other request including information about each cabin and/or amenities of the facility as well as main attractions in the area
• Laundry (located in our office)
• Projects created by management

Job Requirements

• A high school diploma or the equivalent
• Must be able to read and write simple correspondence
• Solid computer, grammar and multitasking skills.
• Ability to add and subtract three-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s; ability to perform these operations using units of American money
• Ability to understand time zones, 24 hour and military time systems
• Ability to assist with physical duties during slow periods, ie laundry or simple cleanliness tasks
• Ability to efficiently use computers and telephone equipment both physically and virtually.
