Job description

This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children. Our team works closely in a casual environment in our Painesville based Residential Treatment Center for abused and neglected adolescents. Shifts include weekends and evenings. Most shifts are 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have 6 months experience in direct care of children. Must also possess a valid Ohio drivers license, be able to operate a motor vehicle, submit to a BCII/FBI background check, a BMV check, a state required physical exam (very basic) and drug testing.

Compensation is $18.75 per hour to start and $19.76 per hour after successful completion of six (6) months of employment.

We offer wage supplements for Child Care Workers with Associate Degrees (75 cents per hour), Bachelor Degrees ($1.00 per hour).
