Job Title: Residential Treatment Supervisor

Shift: Need of Flexibility

Wage: $45,000-$60,000 DOE

Signing Bonus: $5,000

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and one year work experience with children; OR
• Associate’s degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and three years work experience with children.

· Must be at least 21 years of age.

· Must possess a valid driver’s license.

· Must be able to pass required (state and federal) criminal and child abuse background checks.

· Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Job Description:

You will assist in maintaining an effective therapeutic unit through the support of residential policies and programs that meet the basic, mental health, academic and recreational needs of clients. You will support and enhance the skills of our childcare staff through positive and effective role modeling and training. You will lead therapeutic interactions between child care workers and clients. This is an excellent opportunity to gain leadership experience in a mental health and residential setting.
