*What we expect from you:*

• Being a great leader and promoting a successful business and team Build a strong management team within your restaurant comprising of an Assistant Leader and Kitchen Leader
• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, front of the house as well as back of the house Drive the Key Performance Indicators (Sales, Catering, Payroll Costs, and Food Costs), daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly
• Assist in Coaching and Training team members
• Controlling Inventory and P&L’s
• Creating weekly work schedules Dealing with food and alcohol vendors as well as ordering product
• Responsible for communicating and administering all company policies and procedures
• Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and data entry

*Additional Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years Restaurant Management experience preferably in high volume Quick Serve Restaurant concepts
• Bilingual
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing
• Flexibility to work any days/shifts as needed
