Job Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to the restaurant team
- Assist in training restaurant staff
- Monitor food and labor costs
- Handle hands-on daily operations
- Handle food prep, money, registers, banking, customer service

REQUIREMENTS
- Management experience in fast food or quick serve - 1 year min.
- Sense of urgency
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Quick service experience is a plus
- Sandwich making experience is a plus
