DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Work in a team-oriented atmosphere dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality and service to each guest.

Greet and welcome guests and engage in friendly conversation as they are seated.

Remain prompt and professional in taking food and beverage orders.

Have a good understanding of the menu, specials, and buffet options to accurately communicate to guests.

Provide excellent customer service so that all guests will feel valued and intend on returning.

Process guest checks and balance cash and credit card transactions at the end of each shift.JOB REQUIREMENTS

Each candidate must have some food and beverage experience with general knowledge of restaurant operations.

Must have prior money-handling/cashiering experience.

Flexible schedule to include split shifts, nights, weekends and holidays.

Ability to stand for entire shift.

Must be able to move throughout the restaurant with ease, handle food according to health regulations.
