- Must have previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a High Volume Restaurant or Hotel/Resort Restaurant
- Strong Leadership skills
- Ability to multi-task, project business volume with Resort occupancy and Resort Banquet Event Business**
- Strong liquor & Beer knowledge**
- Ability to be creative and promote events at the Restaurant**
- Strong Employee Relation skills**
- Strong Communication skills and ability to build a team****
- Strong Customer Service skills****
- Ability to work a flexible schedule: days, nights, weekends and holidays****
