Job Summary:

The F&B Manager is expected to lead through our core values of Perseverance, Respect, Integrity, Diversity and Evolving. This person is responsible for serving as the General Manager’s right hand, supporting him/her by completing tasks as directed. He/she is responsible for directing the flow of food production through the dining room, supervising all front-of-house staff, and for consistently refining guest experience and company culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
  • Oversees the Dining Room Area and the supervision of all Front of the House service staff in accordance with operating policies.
  • Responsible for ensuring that proper food handling procedures and presentation are being met by the staff.
  • Observance of all SRC Policies and Procedures.
  • Assist to resolve all guest issues in order to maintain optimal guest satisfaction.
  • Establish standards of performance for the dining room area.
  • Execute the general responsibilities necessary to minimize operating cost.
  • Complete tasks as directed by upper management
  • Drive development of employees
  • Ensure that quality of work and service is maintained

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in full-service, high-volume environment
  • Minimum 3 years’ restaurant/hospitality progressive experience in any front-of-house role prior to stepping into supervision/management
  • Fine dining experience preferred
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead
  • Comfort working with scheduling, budgets, payroll, revenue and cash handling
  • Social-media savvy
  • Strong communications skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
