Kirby Club, an Eastern Mediterranean concept from the United People of Kebab and the folks behind Compass Rose and Maydan, is opening in the Mosaic District in early December. We've found that Kebabs and communal dining are one of the best ways to pass on stories and share cultures. We are on a mission to share kebab culture with the world starting in Fairfax.

Responsibilities:
- Creating memorable dining expereinces
- Station preparation and set up
- Managing a station, serving food and beverage
- Hosting guests and providing drinks for the restaurant
- Observing and implementing proper quality assurance and food safety procedures
- Maintaining and cleaning all equipment in the workplace
- Helping throw a Kirby party every day

Prior serving, bussing, food running, and/or hosting experience of at least one year and full time availability is preferred.
