Your Day in the Life – Shift Manager

• Must love Noodles

• Act as team leader during shift and delight our guests with your excellent guest service skills

• Become a subject matter expert on each area of the restaurant

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant and ensure proper set up and breakdown of restaurant routines for the next shift

• Supervise and develop restaurant team members into future leaders and recognize a job well-done

• Delegate responsibilities to your team of rock stars and ensure they are exceeding the expectations of each guest

• Make sure all food meets company and HACCP rules and regulations and is super-delicious

• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position, including twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling or moving objects up to 55 pounds and other physical requirements that may apply

• Night, weekend, and holiday availability is a plus

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Previous management or leadership experience required

• Customer service experience preferred, preferably in a food service environment

Pay: $13.50 - $17.50 per hour
