Terra Firma Cosmetics is a local company that manufactures and sells hundreds of all natural beauty care products to men and women online and in their local manufacturing boutique.

**Below is the job description but other tasks may be involved.

* Customer Service: Greeting customers upon their arrival
Demonstrating proper use of makeup and skin care products.

* Sales: Cross-selling beauty products, when appropriate (e.g. serums, body lotions and hair care products).
Inform customers on prices and special offers.

* Operating a till.

* Stocking Shelves:
Ensure proper presentation of products on shelves.

* Filling jars & labeling

* Taking phone Orders.

*Learn the TFC beauty care line.

* Knowing the different skin types and knowing the best TFC products for the customer. Identify customer needs and recommend cosmetics and skin care products based on their preferences.

*Learning about the
importance of all natural beauty care and educating the customer.

* Social Media posting.

* Makeup application.

* Willing to work evenings and weekends ( mall hours).

* Dependable

*Motivated.

* Clean and organized.

* Takes pride in their work.

*Excellent communication skills
