This Specialty Sales Associate Job Is For You, If You Would Enjoy:

• Helping others, understanding a customer's needs, and in turn provide an amazing customer service experience while having fun doing it
• Working at the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport

Your Team is counting on you as a Specialty Sales Associate to:

• Work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays
• Work the Morning (4am-12pm) or Evening shift (2-10/11pm)
• Work a full-time schedule
• Work in one of our Specialty stores: Sunglass Hut, Game Day Sports, or Rock Hall of Fame

Specialty Sales Associate Key Accountabilities:

• Provide timely, welcoming, personal, professional, and consistent service to all customers that exceeds their expectations
• Act as ambassadors of the brand, ensuring that all customers have a pleasant shopping experience
• Assist customers with product/services selection and information
• Know individual and store sales targets for every working shift
• Maintain high energy and professional manner at all times
• Service multiple customers using outstanding customer service standards
• Responsible for name capture and customer relationship and after sales service
• Manage transactions at the cash register with accuracy and efficiency
• Communicate product knowledge to customers
• Participate and contribute in daily briefings, staff meetings
• Maintain the store, store organization, and visual display and store sets
• Keep inventory organization and integrity in transactions while displaying all current merchandise at all times
• Process product shipments and transfers
• Participate in and complete any product knowledge training
• Assist in onboarding and training of new associates

Required Qualifications:

• Comply with company dress code
• Exhibit passion and pride for the brand in every area of responsibility
• Ability to lift at least 40lbs
• Execute 5 Customer Service Standards at all times:
• Greet the customer
• Offer assistance to each and every customer
• Ask lifestyle questions to suggest appropriate product
• Provide quick and accurate service
• Thank the customer each and every time
• More than 2 years of retail experience in high-end fashion retail or specialty store
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Only those with a high-end, specialty, or department store retail background will be considered
