You would be responsible for…

• Educating customers on Scioto Valley’s products and services.
• Assisting customers in the selection and purchase of merchandise. Own all phases of the customer experience from initial greeting, through delivery and post-sale follow-up.
• Creating Over-the-Top customer experiences!
• Keep customers updated regularly on orders or any status changes.
• Represent the Scioto Valley brand through communication, personal appearance and professionalism.
• Assist in maintaining store displays and merchandising.
