Responsibilities:

• Communicate with our customers in a positive and friendly manner
• Provide excellent customer support on inquiries and issues
• With provided training, our associates must be knowledgeable in new products, services, and cell phone carrier information
• Assist in meeting team and personal performance and sales objectives
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Experience in business, customer service, retail, sales, hospitality or other related fields
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Education:

• High school diploma, advanced college coursework preferred
