This will be a position split between the Amherst location on Niagara Falls Blvd. and the Clarence location on Transit Rd.
The Shift-Lead position at Buff City Soap is responsible for maintaining a high-energy, positive work environment where behaviors that support guest-centric service are consistently demonstrated. The Shift Lead helps drive Makery's performance, fosters superior guest service, and maintains operational excellence to meet or exceed established productivity goals. This individual will manage and supervise the Makery to achieve company goals, leading by example in all company operations. The Shift Lead fosters a sense of urgency to achieve objectives and holds the team accountable for delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Shift Lead Qualifications:
- Basic Computer skills and knowledge.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all your client’s needs are met and are treated professionally.
- Ability to properly engage with all clients, by building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs as a client.
- Ability to make recommendations for products.
- Ability to maintain the minimum sales requirements.
- Ability to multi-task. Juggling product production as clients enter and leave. Engaging new clients upon their arrival.
- Assists with maintaining cleanliness of the Makery including the production and retail areas.
- Ability to work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced fun environment, while upholding all company policies and procedures.
