Job description
Remote | Israel or United States | Revenue | Full-time
At Luna, our mission is to make quality, affordable vision care accessible for all.
Our diverse team is working to advance the vision industry with an ever-growing collection of innovative solutions designed to address the toughest challenges facing eyewear businesses and doctors. We offer suites of products and services that improve and increase vision prescription access, streamline online shopping with virtual try-on and facial measurements, and support fulfillment and delivery.
We partner with forward-looking eyewear retailers and brands, as well as eye doctors and optical shops, to accelerate their digital transformation with end-to-end solutions that revolutionize vision experiences online, offline, and everywhere in-between. Our solutions are currently used by over 10 million users each month, all around the world.
We're a diverse group with offices in Northern California, Tel Aviv, and Salt Lake City. As a smaller revenue team, we're scrappy and tend to wear a lot of hats. We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager ready to own our technology stack, collaborate willingly and openly with our team, and level up our data flow from marketing to sales to client success.
This role is 100% remote role.
What You'll Do
Primarily be responsible for owning the Revenue Team's technology stack and providing reporting and analytical support to all areas of the team: Sales, Marketing, and Client Success, as we work together to achieve our goals. Researching and identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions will be a key component of this role.
- Be the primary administrator for Salesforce: architect, implement, configure, troubleshoot, maintain, monitor and manage the health of the platform (pretty much all the things) for data quality, efficiency, visibility, etc.
- Be deeply acquainted with, understand how our stakeholders use, and administer other Revenue Team tech tools, including: Outreach, DocuSign, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Similarweb, and more
- Provision & de-provision, setup and manage 40+ users on these various business applications
- Discover deficiencies in our systems, escalate them properly, and collaborate with other Go-To-Market team members to devise long-term solutions
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce and other platforms to provide visibility into our sales pipeline, team performance, revenue forecasting, and implementation timelines
- Manage integration points between systems and lead integration projects among teams or with any third parties
About You
- 1-2 years' experience administering Salesforce, with an emphasis on Sales Cloud
- Salesforce Certified Administrator Certification
- Experience with third-party tech tools like HubSpot, Outreach, DocuSign, Similarweb, etc.
- Experience in maintaining data hygiene of a CRM utilizing Data Loader and/or Demand Tools
- Ability to think strategically and propose solutions for the short-term with a long-term lens
- Ability to think granularly as well as holistically about tech environments
- Project management experience
- Deep organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate and communicate clearly and kindly with multiple teams
- Bachelor's or higher degree
Bonus skills & attributes
- Experience or drive to troubleshoot issues involving Apex within Salesforce

We care a lot about doing the little things well and work hard to build a strong team culture. We organize online team events and activities to bring our remote teams together and find creative ways to build our culture with team members around the world.
Inclusion and listening are at the heart of our brand culture. We celebrate different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives and encourage everyone to be their authentic self at work.
