- Experience assessing risk and testing of related controls involving regulatory, financial, and operational processes within Consumer and Commercial Banking environments.
- Experience identifying control risks, gaps in compliance, or deviations from customer remediation program guidelines and statutory requirements.
- Experience in regulatory reviews to determine harm and remediation to customers by national banking services
- Experience documenting control test results in a regulatory compliant fashion in alignment with work paper standards.
- Excel proficiency
