Job description

We are seeking to hire per-Diem RNs, LVNs, MSWs, PTs, OTs, and CHHAs who are experienced, motivated, and capable of working independently at the patients' homes to perform home health or hospice care. Multi-lingual clinicians (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. Our documentation is done online and is very minimal (we use WellSky/Kinnser). We cover all areas within a 60-mile radius from the greater Los Angeles area including, but not limited to, Santa Monica, Malibu, Long Beach, Cerritos, Whittier, South Bay, Covina, Arcadia, Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank, the San Fernando Valley and some areas in Orange County, Ventura County, Palmdale, San Bernardino, Desert Hot Springs, Palm Springs, indio, and Calexico.

The quality care you provide can change the lives of the patients and families you serve.

Qualifications:
- Valid Professional License/Certificate
- Valid California Driver's License
- At least one (1) year home health experience
- Physical exam/TB test/Chest X-Ray
- Professional Liability Insurance
- Reliable method of transportation
- Eligible for Employment in the United States
- Good command of the English language, both oral and written
