Home Nursing With Heart is looking for a highly motivated, passionate, self-starting RN to provide individualized patient care in the patient’s home environment. The ideal candidate will desire the ability to support one patient from admit to discharge, ensuring a positive outcome. RN’s work with exceptional nurses, therapists, a staff medical social worker and phone triage nurse to truly provide the ultimate in patient care. This position offers autonomy, flexibility, and the rewards of the most personal patient care experience you can have.

Requirements:
- Valid Nebraska and/or Iowa RN license
- Current CPR Certification
- 2-3+ years of nursing experience
- Valid Drivers License
