Come Join Our Nurse Leadership Team at White Oak of Newberry! We are seeking a motivated RN to fill our RN Supervisor on 1st shift. The RN Supervisor assesses resident care needs and implements appropriate action. Implements nursing polices and procedures and supervises the quality of nursing care provided to patients/residents for our beautiful 146 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

- Strong leadership skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications include a current SC RN license.
Experience in long-term care and/or supervisory experience is preferred.
