We are seeking an experienced RN - Registered Nurse - to join our team as an evening (3-11) supervisor. The successful RN candidate will be a responsible nurse with great interpersonal skills and great at managing the care of individuals who require long-term care and assisting in the planning, implementation and evaluation of the facility's overall nursing care program. The ideal RN - Registered Nurse supervisor will be able to effectively manage a large caseload. The RN will also oversee every nurse working on that shift.

Willing to train the right RN - Registered Nurse for this position.

We are currently offering a $2000 sign on bonus for the right RN candidate!

Responsibilities of the RN - Registered Nurse - Supervisor:

• Direct, supervise and assist staff in delivering nursing care.
• Provide care to sick, injured, or disabled patients.
• Educate all staff as need as well as train new nurses for the long term care facility.
• Completes records and reports as needed.
• Dispense medications to patients.
• Function as the liaison between patients, staff, and physicians.
• Supervise a team of nurses ( RN 's and LPN 's).

Requirements:

• Current New Jersey RN ( Registered Nurse ) License
