SAFETY AND SECURITY OFFICER
Must be able to perform job functions. Job Requirement; attention to detail, prioritize, organize, follow up, maintain property standards, dependable. Must maintain accurate daily logbook, report all incidents, problems, unusual activity directly to Resident Manager. Must carry 2 way radio at all times. Hourly patrol of property, perimeter, garages, gates, hallways, pool area, must be secure at all times. Perform other duties assigned by the Resident Manager.
