Electrical Distributor seeking energetic, motivated, self starter who is eager to start a CAREER with a Large International Company.

CES has three locations in the Madison area and seven locations statewide. We are 500 locations strong in the United States and have a presence in 17 countries worldwide

This is an entry level position with definite career advancement opportunities. We employ various roles within our company including outside sales representatives, inside sales, operations, quotations, project management, warehousing and branch management. We are seeking someone who desires a career position in the Electrical Distribution industry. We will train the right person with little experience who is willing to learn and grow in a fast paced environment.

Must be at least 19 years old and have a good driving record (no more than 2 tickets in the last 3 years). College degree is preferred but the right mindset and desire for success will absolutely be considered. Also, must have the ability to lift up to 70 pounds, pass a physical, and work independently.

Training Program includes;

-Internal and external training curriculum through Industry Partners and Associations

-Operations training

-Sales Experience

-Management Training

-Detailed map of training progress

Potential direct growth opportunities from this entry level position include; inside sales, counter sales, operations management and an outside sales training program. Our growth is organic and we pride ourselves on the fact that majority of our managers and sales people are promoted from within our organization. This position plays a major part in that opportunity.

Entry level job duties include Warehouse organization, shipping and receiving, deliveries, interacting with customers, counter sales and basic operational duties.

The starting salary for this position has a very competitive wage range with room for growth.
