The National Financial Network Sales Assistant is responsible for providing support for our team of financial representatives as well as serving as the administrative assistant to one of our firm’s top Advisors. There is extensive interaction with internal and external clients, therefore strong communication skills are required. Securities licenses (Series 6, 7) are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities include:

• Review and open accounts.
• Serves as the primary contact for RRs to answer all questions regarding broker/dealer procedures, how to open accounts, and determine which procedures are needed for any given transaction.
• Scheduling/answering phone calls and general administrative duties.
• Client servicing.
• Field incoming RR calls & answer all general questions from RRs
• Contacts broker/dealer for assistance when issues can not be resolved.
• Follow up to ensure that accounts are opened in a timely manner (and correctly)
• Maintain client database system.

• Keeps up to date on latest broker/dealer processing requirements and standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
