Join our winning team at 260 Sample Sale, a family owned and operated business with locations in New York, Los Angeles and as of March 2020 we opened our Miami location! We host week-long private and public sample sales for top brands in apparel, accessories and beauty, including: Marc Jacobs, Aquazurra, Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, Oscar de la Renta, SoulCycle, Reformation, J Crew, NEST Fragrances, and more! Your Role:

You are expected to provide exceptional customer service. Here at 260 Sample Sale we encourage you to get creative and act as a personal stylist for our customers when needed. It is your number one priority to assist customers with finding products that meet their desires. If a specific item is unavailable, offer them an alternative. Provide in-depth product information about the goods they are interested in and close the sale.

Expectations:

• Greet and communicate with all customers and clients
• Maintain sales floor by folding, straightening, and filling in merchandise throughout the day (refer to company policies and procedures for sales floor visual guidelines).
• Ensure proper presentation, organization, and replenishment of merchandise on sales floor
• Strive to exceed customer expectations by showcasing detailed knowledge of each brand
• Demonstrate dedication and professionalism while engaging with customers
• Assist team members in maintaining sales floor throughout the day
• Showcase confidence when engaging customers

Qualifications:

• At least 2+ years of retail experience
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility and availability to work weekends including holidays
• Team player / great team spirit
• The ability to interact with clients and give advice on general trends
• High School Diploma Required
• Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Ability to stand 8-10 hours in one shift

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
