Job description

We are looking for a person to ensure excellent banking and cash handing standards, respond efficiently to register shortages and audit inquiries 5 times a week as well maintain high level for all other customer service operations and online order processing.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily deposits
• Cash handling
• Change orders
• Register receipts
• Shortage review
• Customer service support
• Process internet orders
• Make change for registers and supplies for sales floor
• Gift wrap customers merchandise purchased at Dillard’s
• Any other directions given by Officer manager or Management

Skills

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Banking/ teller experience
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Computer operation, packaging and gift wrapping
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of operations and events
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• 2 times a week process daily sales receipts
• High school degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
