Job description
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, and crafting sales plans.
Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of salespeople
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Assist in inventory control through proper selling and ordering
- Monitor and learn all new manufacturer programs in order to maximize sales
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
