We are taking an aggressive approach by investing capital into the success of talented candidates and provide unparalleled financial support to employees seeking a long-term career in our industry. We provide a base salary, an opportunity to make up to 300% commission as well as an annually bonus of up to 60% after the first year.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and track sales strategies, implement and utilize sales force CRM
- Maintain accurate and descriptive accounts of all customer interactions.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain an elevated level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Oversee all marketing campaigns, coordinate with sales teams, produce effective strategies.
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
- Prospecting and sourcing new business through leads and referral sources.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Sales Industry Professionals.
