JOB DESCRIPTION:

Enrollments/Sales:

• Connect and consult with inquiring families regarding their needs
• Enroll students/families in Sylvan’s proven success program
• Set and achieve enrollment goals/targets
• Develop and implement local marketing activities

Manage Team:

• Participate in selection, management, and motivation of center employees
• Partner with the Executive Director/other directors to assist in the center operations and the company’s overall success
• Demonstrate and uphold a high level of morale and spirit for you and your staff
• Ensure the center maintains high professional standards of appearance

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Demonstrated outgoing and dynamic personality
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• 1-2 years sales/customer service, or similar experience
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Driven, self-starter, with track record of success

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
