Our sales teams educate business owners, human resource managers, and employees on corporate benefit programs. The ability to develop relationships and mentor team members are the key factors to success in this position. We are looking for confident, professional, and diligent leaders that will foster team members, set sales goals, and drive team members to thrive within our organization.
We expect our Sales Manager to:
- Develop and train high-performing sales teams
- Cultivate and mentor team members in a manner consistent with our core values
- Teach agents to meet with business owners and human resource managers to provide benefit education and develop lasting partnerships
- Create strategic partnerships with businesses and industry professionals to improve corporate benefit programs and educate employees on important benefit decisions
