Always Best Care Senior Services The Woodlands is seeking a Sales & Marketing Care Coordinator – Always Best Care, the leading home care provider is looking for the right sales leaders to add to our team.

We are seeking a great business development person who enjoys building relationships with referrers and families from within our community. A person with outside business development experience is a must.

Service area is primarily North Houston including Spring, The Woodlands, Conroe, Magnolia, and Montgomery. This position includes base pay plus commission.

Job Description

Responsible for researching and developing client relationships and producing referrals; determining referral source and client needs; recommending appropriate services and additional community resources; and maintaining and nurturing existing referral accounts.

Achieve inquiry generation objectives for assigned service locations with the primary goal of bringing in new business to increase overall market share. Target accounts include hospitals, physicians, home health agencies, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing homes, senior centers, hospice, other senior related referral sources and networking groups.

Effectively present our marketing materials and services to referral providers in a variety of forums including one-to-one meetings and planning, arranging, and conducting in-services and formal group presentations to referral providers.

Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within the assigned service area including the use of software to maintain accurate records to maximize service area potential.

Conduct service inquiries and consultations as needed following the sales.

Work with discharge planners, social workers, and families in offering in-home care and referral placement services and conducting care assessments and securing home care and placement referral business.

Cultivating long-term relationships with community and referral sources.

Facilitating educational in-services with your referral sources to spotlight and grow multiple product categories.

Presenting follow-up and patient reporting to existing referral sources.
