About the Role

Sales Operation Associate responsible for sales organization and Sales Director's needs by communicating effectively (strong writing ability a must), cultivating partnerships through deep market knowledge, effective people skills and strong business acumen.

This role will be based out of our New York office.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deep understanding of the Wonder's sales organization's strategic priorities
  • Manages highly confidential material, confidant and trusted partner to respective executive
  • Help Sales Leadership of the Salesforce CRM for reporting, accuracy of accounts, troubleshooting issues, and more.
  • Perform as a sales team "central point communication" person, coordinate with other key departments, including:Marketing, Finance, Technical etc.
  • Drive and proactively organize respective execs professional/ personal time/commitments
  • Manages sales leadership team resources and projects across functions (budget/expenses/travel/meetings/ events), ensure collaboration
  • Liaison for all correspondents

Qualifications

  • Bilingual: English/Chinese
  • College preferred, 2+ years providing Sales Administrative support
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication skills
  • Experience in CRM systems, Salesforce a plus
  • Proficient in SQL, Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.etc.
  • Experience in a fast paced technology startup environment
  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities; determines course of action; develops appropriate solutions
