An American Brewing Company is searching for a Sales and logistics specialist. The position is both sales and export/logistics focused. For the right candidate, the position would eventually develop into more of an international sales with travel to Central and South America. Please see below job description for further info. This is an entry level position and we are looking to hire someone young with some drive and passion to grow with the company.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise daily with company’s established International Craft Brewery customer base as needed to follow through on offers/shipments, etc.
• Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.
• Attend to inquiries received via email, phone or company CRM system.
• Draft offers and modification proposals for review by management and subsequent submission to customers.
• Coordinate with Internal Sales to issue and record export sales contracts into company’s ERP system.
• Update, review and distribute customer inventory/contract summary reports as requested by customers.
• Work as part of the Export Department to coordinate customer shipments and prepare export documentation as required for each shipment.
• Create new customer accounts in ERP system and/or eCommerce portal.
• Attend industry events (domestic and international) with supervisor approval.
• Preparation of presentations and other market research reports.

Skills:

• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network.
• Customer service focus to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs.

Education: Candidates must have Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business.
Experience: Candidates must have 2 years of experience in related field.

Financials:
Pay rate: $20-$23/hr
