Agent Boost Marketing is an industry leader in technology, training, support, compliance and sales. Our agents nationwide assist Medicare beneficiaries compare and enroll in Medicare advantage plans, Medicare supplements, and prescription drug plans.

COVID-19 has dramatically impacted our industry and exacerbated the trend of technology and remote selling. Due to this change, we are continuing to invest in our contact center operations with our subsidiary company Medicare Advocates. We are seeking additional reps for our South Jordan, UT location.

The Position

Using our CRM and dialer, make outbound and receive inbound calls to Medicare beneficiaries that have questions regarding their Medicare benefits. Perform benefit comparisons and assist consumers with enrollment into plans and products that are most suitable via our provided enrollment tool.

What We're Offering:

• Competitive Industry Pay $20 hr, OT + commissions
• Target Annual Compensation of $85,000-$155,000
• Initial Commissions

Position Requirements

• Active health license
• Proficiency or familiarity with contact center technology
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Sales goals and KPI's must be attained
• This is an on site position
• Medicare sales experience preferred, but not required
• Full time position. Applicant must be able to work 40 hours a week

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,493.70 per year
