DigitalPath is growing! We are hiring a Sales Representative for our Call Center in Chico, CA location. DigitalPath is a Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) providing residential and business internet service in Northern and Central California. We specialize in bringing high-speed wireless internet to rural or hard to reach customers. The ideal candidate will be someone that will:

- Represents the Company as the first point of contact to the customer.
- Responsible for interacting with the customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services.
- Signs new customers up for DigitalPath services and assists existing customers with upgrading to DigitalPath's newest services.
- Performs routine customer service support functions requiring knowledge of DigitalPath's products and policies and procedures.
- Continuously provides excellence in customer service by building sustainable relationships and engaging customers by going the extra mile.
- Responds to inquiries and provides information to customers, organizes file documents, and performs operations involving automated computer systems, spreadsheets, and programs.
- Serves as the liaison between DigitalPath and current and potential customers.
- Identifies customer needs, clarifies information and provides solutions by educating our customers on the capabilities of DigitalPath's services.
Minimum requirements for the position
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two (2) years of previous sales experience. Call Center sales experience preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in relevant software and strong computer skills with Office 365 and stand-alone applications such as, Excel, Word, Project, Access and PowerPoint.
- Working experience involving heavy telephone interaction with customers.
- Knowledge of call center principles and practices, general office procedures, and basic telephone skills.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Extensive customer service work experience.
- Able to learn quickly and readily apply knowledge acquired.
- Demonstrated efficiency in email and time management.
Physical Requirements as Part of the Job:
- Will be working in the office with a schedule of Monday – Friday 10 AM to 7 PM.
- While performing duties of this job, employee will be required to sit for prolonged periods while using a telephone.
- This position requires near vision with or without correction to be able to see details at close range on a computer screen.
- Must be able to travel to and from work and arrive on time.
Pay and Benefit Information
Starting hourly rate for this position is $15.00 per hour plus commission. Depending on skills and volume of sales you can expect your annual pay to range from approximately $65,000 to $100,000.
