Company description: Tri Pak offers transloading, warehousing and logistics services for Total Transportation Services (TTSI) across four facilities that serve the Ports of Tacoma and Seattle in the Pacific Northwest.

Tri Pak handles the ordinary with expertise, and prides itself in creating solutions for customers that have unique shipping challenges. Specialized equipment and trained personnel can transload almost anything, whether it is bulk, bagged, palletized, loose, or liquid. Tri Pak has UP, BN, and TMBL rail and can handle transloading for boxcars, flatcars, hopper cars, refrigerated cars, gondolas, tanker cars, and much more.

Position Summary:

Description of Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Ability to understand each customers distinct needs and serve those needs
• Occasional travel as required
• Understands warehousing, drayage, transportation, storage, rail, ports
• Hands-on , hard-working, self-starting Manager
• Ability to be a self-starter
• Ensure all sales accounts are managed throughout all processes
• Expert communication skills
• Problem Solving, Decision Making, Critical thinking
• Ability to multi task
• Safety and Environmental Compliance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Aptitude and proficiency for computer operations

Qualifications

• Has a sound understanding of drayage, warehousing, storage sales
• 3-4 Years Sales Experience, preferably in warehouse, transload, storage, and drayage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to plan, control and organize operation to meet each customer s unique needs

and to maximize effectiveness

• Valid Driver License

Education

• Minimum of 2 years of college education preferred

Job Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Words programs
• Communication skills related to but not limited to telephone, clerical skills, map skills, Computer skills, spreadsheet, various databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility, dependability, and disciplined professionalism
• Ability to solve problems while keeping the needs of the customer and company in mind
• Strong decision-making skills

Environmental Requirements

• Hands on position working alongside team
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
