Sales Representative – Boston IVF Fertility Center – New York State

Job Summary
Under the direction of the Sales Director, the New York Sales Representative develops and implements tactics within the strategic marketing plan targeted toward physician relationship development in order to increase referral activity and support organizational goals and objectives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: development of new physician relationships, scheduling grand rounds activities, luncheons and dinner events, community outreach, data review and analysis in CRM, and development and implementation of systems to support physician activity.
As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to work independently, using your sales expertise to educate regional physicians and practices about Boston IVF’s fertility treatment services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Covers Albany and Syracuse territories + key surrounding areas
  • Routinely visits with local physician community (in-person/virtual) to educate clinical staff and build/maintain relationships with Boston IVF
  • Builds relationships with OBGYN, PCP, Endocrinology, Urology and Oncology providers and office staff to update them on procedures, new technologies and ease referral process
  • Regularly logs visit information in Salesforce CRM. Uses this data to analyze referral patterns and increase volume.
  • Acts as Operations Liaison to referring MD offices – tightening and improving the needs of offices with BIVF and improving Boston IVF processes
  • Manage process of locating new satellite offices as needed throughout New York
  • Coordinates all physician-education marketing activities, including office breakfasts, lunch and learns, dinner seminars, and other programs
  • Reexamines print collateral; suggests new ways to enhance communication with clients (video presentations, etc.)
  • Manages booth presence at various events/conferences throughout local market
  • Proposes unique corporate education alliances/opportunities to HR Depts. and other decision-makers in HR finance, law, tech, teachers, etc. (corporations as well as large associations)
  • Stays up-to-date on research in the field and monitors competitor activity

Job Requirements and Skills:

  • Upbeat, professional demeanor
  • Ideal Candidate will reside in reasonable proximity to assigned territory
  • Must have reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)
  • Willing to travel between Albany, Syracuse and surrounding areas
  • Must be flexible with driving/covering large territory
  • College education required
  • 2 years minimum sales experience preferred

Healthcare experience a plus (but not required)

required)
