Job description
The Salesforce Administrator is a full-time employee responsible for the maintenance, inputting and reporting of all in-kind and financial data in the Delivering Good Salesforce CRM and associated systems.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide user support, including user adoption and training, troubleshoot user issues and field requests
  • Monitor product release cycles
  • Steward database that is interconnected with other systems and the processes of multiple departments
  • Develop and implement CRM best practices, data collection systems, and data analytics
  • Identify and correct issues in data system and CRM implementations
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
  • Establish a proper reporting structure and distribution of In-Kind and Development Reports

Requirements:
  • 2+ years proven working experience as a data analyst or business systems analyst
  • 1+ year of experience as a Salesforce administrator or in a similar role
  • Familiarity with Salesforce declarative automation principles, user training and adoption management, work with managed integrations
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
  • Serve as the primary administrator of Delivering Good’s Salesforce CRM
  • Update, maintain, deduplicate CRM records
  • Prepare reports and analyses based on CRM data, and present to senior management
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
  • Experience working with vendors and consultants desirable
  • BA or BS in related field

Skills:
